1:30pm update:
Surf in the hip range bigger sets. Still fairly clean w winds picking up a tad.
Early bird report. We have some waves hanging in there this morning at a solid waist to chest occasional larger set wave. Cool W to NW winds on it with a drift eastward with clean conditions. Get it while you can probably won’t last!
Chest + early, now there are still some chest high sets and clean..a bit funky but some fun waves this morning! Pix to come later so check back!
Surf is ok at around waist to occasional chest(west side of pier) side/offshore winds on it. Skim is really good too…should have surf all day but with it comes hard west winds likely to kill it as the day goes.

Dawn patrol report: super clean offshore waves around waist to maybe chest. Hard to tell because nobody is out yet. Seas around 5ft. Air around 40 so bring your goodies and get it!!!!
Surf is soldi waist to chest with occasional bigger sets. Super clean light offshores currently. Looks fun but kinda holding off a bit, but some good sets coming through. Should last all day!
Surf was fun close to dark around waist to chest luckily the winds slowed down a bit. Kinda funky bit some good ones every now and then!

The wind has chopped & dropped the surf. Maybe thigh to waist junk. Let’s hope for some tropical swell over the next 2 days!

Super clean waist high with light offshore winds for now! Maybe some bigger sets on occasion. Looks super fun on the LB or fish.

Surf is looking kinda weak around chest high. The wind is on it pretty good now but there are the occasional decent waves albiet rare! Also a little drifty.

Surf is starting to get choppy now. Still in the waist, belly, rib range. Wind is on it though. Fun peaks by the pier!

Waist to belly maybe an occasional chest wedging against the pier. Side to light offshore winds early looks fun!
Surf has picked up a little. Weak mushy waist high pushing towards Pcola. Longboardable and maybe fishable for you little dudes. Semi choppy but ridable!

Still solid waves around waist with bigger sets. Light wind on it but clean. Looks better today than the last few afternoons! Awesome afternoon for a surf both sides of the pier are working.

Still have solid waist to maybe chest high surf this morning. Pretty clean due to the north in the east winds currently. Winds blowing around 10-12. Looks like there is still a drift out here but hard to tell there is nobody out right now. Get it while you can surf will be dropping in the next few days!

More if the same! Weak easterly lines around waist & mushy. A few guys out on the west side and not getting much. Longboards recommended!

Waist to possible chest on sets. East winds are on it causing semi clean conditions, murky water, & cool breezes! Looks like it could be fun but drifty. The right side looks a bit deep, 4 dudes on the east side currently.

We have waist to belly maybe occasional chesty here on the beach. Semi clean with brisk NE winds on it already. One guy out drifting with it currently. Some storms on the horizon and rain starting on the beach now. Not the best but there is a wave out there!
9:25 update
Surf is not that good currently. Just got out of the water and it was waist to occasional chest, choppy, and generally funky. Some storms have moved in and kicked up the wind so don’t cancel your plans for it! Maybe it will get better later. Skim not that good either it may be the tides…

Rainy choppy waist to chest. Some bigger sets a bit weak and disorganized. Looks like it could be fun though! Update more when I get out ofthe water.

Oh my. Your “I got out of the water after 30 minutes cuz it sucked” 3 pm update: stay home, mow the lawn, spend time with the family cuz this knee to waist blown out junk covered in jelly fish isn’t worth the trip! Yuck

Just out of the water. Still some good waves coming through. It wasn’t a repeat of yesterday but fun enough! Solid waist with mostly thigh. A little wind still on it, clear water, & lots of sun. Skim was decent too with waist high sets and a steep beach under the pier.

We still have surf in the waist high range semi choppy with a little s winds on it already. Looks fun should have waves all day. Skim looks good by the pier, there is a small wave. I’ll get some pix up later!
